UniDesk #1796 已由 PR #1798 修复并关闭，merge commit 为 96e03ceb0d0c3c152fb0708624df6d55d4e5d4d4。

修复仅位于 diagnose-code-agent：优先 provider-decision lane、events 按 commandId 隔离、authority 不可用时报告 unknown，并区分 service coverage 与 command terminal instrumentation gap。固定 warm trace 验收为 completed/completed，authority namespace 为 agentrun-v02。定向测试 3/3 通过，rollout=not-applicable。
